Questions before you buy
Is the Looksmax report a subscription?
No. You pay $9.90 for one report. There are no recurring charges.
Do I need the free score first?
No. You can buy a report directly. Sign in with Google, pay, then upload a front-facing photo and a side-profile photo.
What photos do I need?
One clear photo facing the camera and one taken from the side at 90°. Use even lighting and keep your face unobstructed in both. We'll check the photos and let you know if you need to replace either one.
What happens if my report fails?
You can try again without paying for another report. If a photo is rejected or generation fails, your purchase stays available in your account. You can replace the photos if needed and retry.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of purchase if you have not generated the report yet. A delivered report is generally non-refundable. The Terms of Service have the details.
How are my photos handled?
For the free score, your photo stays on your device. For a report, both photos are sent to an AI provider through OpenRouter for analysis and are not used for model training. You can delete your report and any saved photos from your account at any time.
